etkileridir. Etki mesafesi de kısıtlı olup 1-2 metre ile sınırlıdır. Ayrıca ortam ısısından
da etkilenmektedir. UV ile dezenfeksiyon sadece ışınların doğrudan temas ettiği
yüzeylerde etkilidir.
Bu yöntemler özel durumlarda standart temizlik-dezenfeksiyona ek olarak
kullanılabilirler ama asla temizliğin yerini almamalıdırlar.
